This Ace2three.com, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization is an exclusive product of Head Infotech India Private Limited which retains the property rights to the Ace2three.com, its game, software, codes, copies, modifications, or merged parts. Ace2three.com requires users to be 13 years or older to use the Ace2three.com services. |
| Membership Eligibility |
| Our services are available to, and may be used by any person above the age of 13. To play the Real Chip Tournaments the user need to be above the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage to verify that minors are not using the Service and we may exclude a person from play if proof of age is not provided or if the Company suspects that a person using the Service is under-age. Please note that the services of Ace2Three are not intended for users in the following criteria: (i) if you are below the age of 13. (ii) if you are under the legal age of maturity in your jurisdiction. (iii) if you are connecting to the site from jurisdictions that say it is illegal to do so. |

| Technical Failures |
For any technical failures, server crashes and breakdowns, software defects as a policy Ace2Three will cancel the games and refund the bet amounts and no rake will be taken from such games and you accept that Ace2Three is not liable to you in all such issues.
In case of disruption or malfunction of service during a tournament, Ace2Three will refund after proper verification, the bet amounts only. Ace2Three is not liable for any potential winnings from any unfinished tournament. |

| Intellectual Property |
| All rights, tangible and intangible with regard to the Game belongs exclusively to Head Infotech India Private Limited and Head Infotech India Private Limited is merely permitting the User to play the game online and not use the same for any other commercial gains and no right of any nature whatsoever is being passed on the user by virtue of permitting him / her to play the Game. |

| Additional charges that may apply |
| Additional charges may be levied on you at the time of Buy Real Chips/Redeem of money by Head Infotech India Private Limited or payment gateway or your bank. By accepting this agreement you are agreeing to pay any additional charges and it may vary between different banks or payment processors |

| Rake |
| Head Infotech India Private Limited will collect a service charge for every Real Cash Tournament played. This percentage could change from time to time and from tournament to tournament. |

| Use of Software |
| Commercial use of the Software is strictly forbidden. The User is only allowed to use the Software for his/her personal entertainment. Under no circumstances shall a User be permitted to use his/her account with Head Infotech India Private Limited for any purpose other than for playing the Games. You may open only one account per person, and only one account per computer or address. Head Infotech India Private Limited reserves the right to monitor any effort to establish multiple accounts; in the event Head Infotech India Private Limited discovers that you have opened more than one account per person or more than one account per computer or address, all additional accounts will be closed without notice and continued violation will result in the termination of any and all of your accounts and Head Infotech India Private Limited may void any associated winnings. The User may not attempt to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble the Software in any way. The use of artificial intelligence including, without limitation, "robots" is strictly forbidden in connection with the Software and the Games. All actions taken in relation to the Games by a User must be executed personally by the User through the user interface accessible by use of the Software. You agree that Head Infotech India Private Limited may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited EPA Programs. Such action may include, but is not limited to, the examination of software programs running concurrently with the Head Infotech India Private Limited Software on the User's computer. |
| Collusion and Fraud Prevention |
| In order to ensure Fair Play on the website, we have taken all necessary steps that will prevent you from colliding with other player in order to win/loose. | Refunds and Cancellations |
| You can request for a refund for any transaction, Ace2Three will process the refund request within 2 weeks after checking the user account for any games played or bonus claims. If there are any bonus claims, the bonus amount will be deducted and the balance refunded. Any request for cancellation of a transaction will be processed within 2 weeks provided the player has the balance of the transaction amount in account balance. |

| Disconnections |
| Ace2Three will not be liable to any network disconnections on the users computer or any other external networks. In case of any disruption of services while the games are played, Ace2Three will manually cancel the game and refund the points/chips irrespective of the status of the game. Ace2Three has the right to cancel and refund points/chips for any games. |

| Disconnections |
| When playing for real cash tournaments, a player is taking full responsibility for the risk of their internet disconnection or communication interferences between their PC and Ace2Three's servers, any lag or freeze game, and any other problem in their own computers. Other than a server crash, Ace2Three does not take any responsibility for any of player's disconnections from server. |
| As Ace2Three is aware that internet disconnections or interference may occur, players will remain on the table and can continue to play the game once the connection is back online until they are eliminated.
Server Crash: In case of a server crash all real cash tournament players will be refunded per their buy-in amount in full and no rake will be taken for such games. |
